Lori has spoken at dozens of conferences and public events nationwide. She has been guest speaker at four American Cancer Society events; co-presented at the Jewish Federation of Silicon Valley with Stanford University's Chief Breast Surgeon; and spoke at NPR and PBS journalist Tavis Smiley's Road to Health Tour. She has been a guest lecturer at UCLA Med Center's Ted Mann Family Resource Center and Tulane University School of Medicine, and presented at UCSF, the Oncology Nursing Society conference, and the first annual Cancer Survivorship Conference. Lori presented at the International Conference of the American Thoracic Society; was the keynoter at the John Muir Health Foundation's Annual Donor Luncheon Luncheon, was guest speaker at the UCSF Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation Annual Reunion Celebration, Books, Inc., Borders Books, The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, The Cancer in So Many Words Conference, and many other venues.
